Built in 1957 on the four screw K-frame this mint condition K-38 Combat Masterpiece has the standard Baughman ramp front sight, 4″ tapered barrel and checkered walnut diamond magna grips. This gun was built shortly after the upper sideplate screw was eliminated in 1955, and is one of the few four screw non-model marked examples to be found. The gun comes in the original numbers matching blue box with the NOX-Rust paper!
The gun retains 99% of the original bright blue finish with only the faintest of collector-type handling evidence present. An extremely fine example with the matching box!
