Built in 1976 on the square butt J-frame this rare Chiefs Special variation is equipped with a 3″ pinned heavy barrel, square butt grip and nickel finish. This is a very sought after small-frame in a seldom seen configuration that comes complete in the numbers-matching original silver box with the unused cleaning kit and model brochure.
The gun rates a true 99%+ on any scale with virtually flawless bright and clear original nickel finish. The original walnut magna grips are beautifully figured and have perfect checkering. No upgrade will be possible for this awesome Chiefs Special!
