Smith & Wesson Pre Model 27 5″ .357 Magnum

Built in 1954 on the five screw N-frame this very scarce Pre Model 27 is equipped with a 5″ barrel and theinal numbers matching checkered walnut diamond magna grips. The early .357 Magnums with a 5″ barrel are very tough to find and are highly sought after by collectors. This gun comes in the original numbers matching gold picture box with the tissue wrap and warranty card.

This 65 year old .357 Magnum remains in outstanding condition. The gun retains over 98% of the original bright blue finish with just a touch of wear at the muzzle ends and some minor scattered handling marks, mostly on the barrel and bottom of the frame which are hardly noticeable. A supremely fine Pre Model 27 that is well worthy of every collectors close attention!
