Smith & Wesson Pre Model 27 3 1/2″ .357 Magnum Mfd. 1955 STATE OF UTAH

A factory letter accompanies this outstanding Pre Model 27 confirming the popular configuration and detailing its original shipment on August 16, 1955 to the Salt Lake City Hardware Company in Salt Lake City, Utah as part of a 20 unit special order for the State of Utah. The gun is equipped with a 3 1/2″ barrel, original bright blue finish and the numbers matching checkered walnut diamond magna grips. A beautiful revolver that is complete in the gold picture box with the tissue wrap, cleaning tools and Helpful Hints brochure. 
 
The gun remains in fabulous condition and is virtually ‘as-new’ from end to end! The bore and cylinder chambers are mint. A top-shelf 1955 mfd. .357 Magnum worthy of a special place in any collection!
