A factory letter accompanies this sought after revolver confirming the configuration and detailing its original shipment on June 6, 1949 to Abercrombie & Fitch Company in New York, New York. A transition Heavy Duty which was made after WWII but still with the pre-war long action, note the satin blue finish and one-line frame address.
The gun is as-new in the original numbers matching gold picture box with the matching numbered checkered walnut sharp-shoulder diamond magna grips, as well as an original 1968 dated sales receipt. No upgrade will ever be possible for this truly outstanding N-frame!
