A copy of the original sales invoice is included with this fabulous revolver confirming the configuration and detailing its shipment as a single unit special order to Raymon T Roush in Angola, Indiana on October 9, 1939. The gun is equipped with a 4″ barrel, original bright blue finish, checkered Circassian walnut two screw silver medallion extension target stocks and 1/10″ USRA Pocket front sight. Raymon Roush was an educator at the Tri-State College in Angola, Indiana, working as a Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Dean of the Engineering Department, Treasurer, Vice President and ultimately President. He was born on August 16, 1898 and passed away in October of 1979. His outstanding .22/32 Kit gun remains in wonderful condition and is complete in the maroon display box with the cleaning bottle brush, tissue wrap and rarely seen original S&W .22/32 Kit Gun advertisement.

The gun is virtually as-new and retains 99%+ of the original bright blue finish showing only a light turn line. The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the mechanical working order is flawless. No upgrade will ever be needed for this exceptional pre war Kit Gun, a must own I-frame!!
