One of only 198 built in 1959 this rare Pre Model 36 Target is equipped with checkered walnut diamond magna grips, original bright blue finish and adjustable target sights. The gun comes in an equally mint ‘Sunray’ box with the tissue wrap and cleaning tools. A very difficult to find Chiefs Special Target!
The gun retains 99% of the original bright blue finish with a few very faint handling marks and is in superb condition from end to end. A serious addition to any collection of high condition and low production S&W’s!
