Built in 1956 on the five screw N-frame this fantastic Pre-Model 27 aka Model of 1950 .357 Magnum is equipped with an 8 3/8″ barrel, original bright blue finish and checkered walnut diamond magnag grips. The gun comes in the original numbers matching blue box with correct end label, the warranty card, tissue wrap and a 1956-57 sales catalog.
The gun remains in outstanding mint condition from end to end retaining over 99% of the original bright blue finish! The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the mechanical working order is flawless in every way. The unnumbered checkered walnut diamond magna grips fit the gun to perfection and are every bit as crisp and sharp as the gun itself. Overall a top-shelf early production .357 Magnum that will have a special place in any collection!
