Smith & Wesson 1st Model .455 Triple Lock

$5,250

Built in 1914 this exceptional 1st Model .455 Hand Ejector is equipped with a 6 1/2” barrel, early original high luster blue finish, checkered walnut gold medallion service grips and lanyard ring. Part of the British .455 shipment this Triple Lock remains in truly outstanding condition with the highly polished original blue finish which is excellent! Note there is only one small Crown V proof on the left side of the barrel, frame, and one in each cylinder flute. There are some minor scattered handling marks, some wear on either side of the muzzle and just a little minor aging on the frame. The case colors are excellent and the checkered walnut grips are extremely crisp and sharp! The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the mechanical working order is flawless. Overall a very high condition Triple Lock that will be most difficult to ever upgrade or improve upon!
