Factory S&W Collection Harry Jarvis Class A Factory Engraved Pre Model 18 K-22

A factory letter accompanies this incredible former Smith & Wesson Factory Collection and Harry Jarvis signed Class A Factory Engraved K-22 Combat Masterpiece confirming the configuration and detailing its eventual shipment on May 12, 1966 to the Springfield Fire Arms Limited in Cornwall, England. Knowledgeable collectors are aware that a large number of factory engraved S&W’s were sold from the factory collection in the mid 1960’s to various distributors. This surely among them as Roy mentions in the letter as well.

This fabulous K-22 is 100% NEW and complete in the original numbers matching display sleeve and clamshell mahogany case with all the unused cleaning tools. The engraving work by Harry Jarvis is fabulous, note the special embellishments by the front sight. Rarely seen is his signature ‘H. B. Jarvis’ stamped on the bottom of the barrel flat. An extremely special and top shelf factory engraved Pre Model 18 that will have a special place in any collection!
